Claire Vaye Watkins (born 1984) is an American author and professor.〔http://clairevayewatkins.com/bio/〕 She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno and her Master of Fine Arts from Ohio State University and currently teaches creative writing at the University of Michigan.
